PortaSwitch Maintenance Release 13 is scheduled to be released 25 September 2006. PortaOne will start upgrading a group of selected customers begining next week. The new release includes:

• Integration with BillSoft for proper tax rate calculation
• Support for web “push-to-talk” and MS Outlook “click-to-dial” applications
• Advanced routing calculations for bilateral traffic exchange models
• Special call routing mode when original DNIS is preserved (required when routing multiple DIDs to IP PBXes such as SPA-9000)
• Auto-provisioning for new types of IP phones (e.g. SPA 941/942)
• Newly supported online payment processors (e.g. BeanStream, Ogone)
• Ability to apply different rate plans for follow-me and transferred calls
• Support for three separate rating periods (e.g. separate rates for daytime, nights and weekends)
• Administrator-controlled mailbox size quota for PortaUM users
• Many other minor improvements to the web interface
