PortaBilling100 is not dependent on the physical carrier protocols used to transmit voice. We already have customers who are using PortaBilling100 in a Cisco and GSM gateway combination. If the gateway processing the cellular call is Cisco, or is compatible with Cisco from the AAA point of view, it should not be a problem to use it with PortaBilling100.
