PortaPhoneCRM – Hubspot
A web dialer for HubSpot that offers click-to-dial functionality, enabling users to initiate calls directly from within the HubSpot CRM. It also provides context for incoming calls by seamlessly associating them with contacts in the CRM. All call records are automatically added to HubSpot’s communication history and are visible to team members.
The dialer uses WebRTC and connects to the PortaPhone backend, so an active PortaPhone Basic or PortaPhone subscription is required. End users log in to the dialer with the same credentials they use to log in to PortaPhone. PortaPhone CRM supports white labeling.
Pricing usage metrics: An instance is a single installation of the iPaaS app with an unlimited number of endpoints or users. A single instance is often associated to a single brand/whitelabel.
