The solution allows PortaOne customers to deploy IP-media services with no worries about firewalls, NAT devices and web proxies that otherwise prevent end-users from accessing communication services.
The end-user experience of IP-media services, such as VoIP, is often disappointing due to the lack of connectivity resulting from firewalls and NAT devices interfering with SIP and H.323 traffic. The interoperable PortaOne and RealTunnel solution allow SIP and H.323 solutions to work across any firewall, NAT and web proxy without the need to reconfigure those devices.
