Auto Dialer MVP
An autodialer for contact centers to initiate a batch of calls and connect them to available agents. This autodialer is considered at MVP stage.
Autodialer uses PortaSwitch Call Control API. PortaPhone is not required.
Pricing usage metrics: An instance is a single installation of the iPaaS app with an unlimited number of endpoints or users. A single instance is often associated to a single brand/whitelabel.
