An omnichannel customer experience (CX) platform designed for small and medium-sized businesses. It offers a desktop and mobile app, enabling agents to interact with customers across various channels, including voice calls, email, SMS, and messengers like WhatsApp, all within a single interface. The platform supports white labeling and offers no-code API integration with popular CRMs like HubSpot, SalesForce, and Zoho, and with providers of AI tools such as OpenAI. Helios uses WebRTC and connects to the PortaPhone backend for handling voice calls, so an active PortaPhone Basic or PortaPhone subscription is required. Pricing usage metrics: One subscription provides a single instance of the Add-on Mart module with unlimited users. Typically, each instance is associated with one specific brand. NOTE: Pricing depends on number of agents and will be finalized during PoC.
