Speech-to-Text (Whisper)

Offer your customers automated transcriptions of call recordings using the OpenAI Whisper service, which supports all major languages. This speech-to-text feature can be integrated into self-care portals as a value-added service for your cloud PBX and call center customers. Once a call is completed and the recording is ready, Whisper will automatically transcribe the conversation and make the transcription available for download for the customer.
Pricing usage metrics: An instance is a single installation of the iPaaS app with an unlimited number of endpoints or users. A single instance is often associated to a single brand/whitelabel.
